Consultant - Working with agencies such as 3BlackDot (gaming) and MediaCom (media) , startups such as Liquidity (fintech), SipJoy (alcohol), Energy Homes (ESG) and Remolino (real estate marketing), I provide services including building creative departments, creative direction, new business pitches, design direction, branding & naming, copy writing and product UX direction.

AND CREATIVE AI ACADEMY - Present

Instructor - Teaching courses to students and professionals about using AI tools throughout the creative process — from establishing a brand, defining a value proposition, finding the insight, generating campaign ideas through execution of headlines, visuals, video and audio.

McCANN WORLDGROUP - Feb ‘07- Nov ’21

SVP, Group Creative Director - I built my career (and book) here for fifteen years while leading large, interdisciplinary teams across a range of media with a focus on digital products and digital marketing. Within that time I have engaged clients in telecom, CPG, finance, alcohol, travel, government, gaming and more. I also helped lead the Lab13 global innovation design practice with a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, and data scientists, driving business transformation through innovative and platform-differentiating products and services. Some of these products were awarded Cannes Lions in Innovation, Data, and three US Patents.

Creative, Freelance - With this gig, I saw that the “digital agency just makes banners” was a shifting paradigm. And so I shifted my focus to digital.
