I've cooked in a few kitchens before I worked in ad agencies. Its pretty much the same story: A beautiful meal requires strategy, creativity, cooperation, execution and presentation. Your ingredients are your product, your chef is your CD, your servers are the account team. The comparisons go on and on—including the late nights and team drinking.
I have applied this knowledge to building an amazing creative team, cooperating and connecting with colleagues and consistently wowing clients. But, as my cooking was my first passion, I must tell you this now: In 2030, I’m leaving this career and enrolling in culinary school to start my next chapter.
