Hello Anthropic,

With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in experience design, and as an instructor of Generative AI prompt design and AI-assisted business design at Pratt Institute, I'm excited to apply for this role. I've honed my skills in user experience and creative development, and I'm well-versed in the ever-changing digital landscape. I’m a multi-disciplinary creative leader with a wide range of experiences and success. However, when my teams and I focus on interactive products that make a positive impact on society or the world, we are most motivated and most successful. While my portfolio includes brand campaigns, I selected five pieces to demonstrate what I can bring to your open role, Creative Director, AI.

  • USPS Operation Santa is an ongoing product that allows anyone to become Santa and has helped nearly 70,000 families to date.

  • Gait Assist is a prototype that will bring relief to Parkinson’s patients by harnessing their own walking data to prevent freezes and falls.

  • The Voice Stamp is an Innovation-Lion-Winning customer service platform built on the knowledge of countless Postal Workers and the footprint of 150,000 blue collection boxes.

  • USPS Delivers is a massive, ever-evolving platform and product that my team and I built from scratch. The challenge was to balance the needs of two distinct C-suite clients (shipping and mail marketing execs) while providing a cohesive experience for the target small businesses, who needed knowledge about both services.

  • The Connected Home Mailbox is a product that understands mailboxes are the oldest social networks in America. It’s time that they are upgraded for the 21st century.
